Membership Policy
Fee
- Payment is due on the 1st of each month. All membership plans are placed on auto renewal.
- Initiation fee is a one time fee and is not refundable upon account cancellation.
- Eligibility criteria for family member plan – All family members who join as secondary member on one account(spouse and kids) need to reside in the same address as primary member.We hold the right to refuse membership if a valid ID is not provided.
- Please submit all account related requests via email (frontdesk@carolinabadmintonclub.com). Verbal requests cannot be documented and will therefore not be entertained.
Cancellation Policy
- A minimum of 30 day advance notice (prior to billing date) is required for cancellations. Email to frontdesk@carolinabadmintonclub.com is required for cancellation requests.
- A fee of $25 will be charged if a primary account in a cancelled state has to be re-activated.
- A fee of $15 will be charged if a dependent account (spouse or kid) in a cancelled state has to be re-activated
Violations
- Using other members ID to enter the facility is treated as fraud and will result in a fine of $200. Additionally, membership can be terminated permanently.
Court queuing
- During the member hours, if there are more players then we will follow court queuing.
