Training Program

Minimum Class Per Week: 1 | Total: 4 Classes Per Month

This program is designed for children greater than 5 years and who are new to the game of badminton. Our goal is to introduce young players to the fundamentals of badminton through a fun and engaging learning experience. By focusing on building basic hitting techniques, court movement, and an understanding of the game rules, we ensure every child gains confidence on the court.

Curriculum:

  • Grip Techniques: Learn the correct forehand and backhand grip for better control and accuracy.

  • Swing Mechanics: Develop proper swing motions, follow-through, and body coordination for effective shot-making.

  • Contact Point Awareness: Understand how and where to hit the shuttlecock for accurate and consistent shots.

  • Underhand Strokes: Practice essential underhand techniques for serving the shuttle.

Minimum Class Per Week: 2 | Total: 8 Classes Per Month

This course is specifically designed for beginners aiming to establish a strong foundation in badminton. The primary focus will be on mastering the clear, a fundamental and powerful shot in the game. In addition to refining your shot technique, you will learn the proper footwork required to move efficiently and position yourself for effective clears.

Curriculum:

  • Strokes: Clear Technique -Develop the skills to execute powerful and accurate clears, sending the shuttle to the backcourt with confidence. Perfect your forehand and backend grip.Gain proficiency in both low short serves and long serves.
  • Footwork Fundamentals: Learn essential court positioning, including the split step and shuffle, to move swiftly and maintain balance.
  • Physical Training: Engage in exercises designed to build stamina, strengthen your core, and improve lower body strength for better on-court performance.

Minimum Class Per Week: 2 | Total: 8 Classes Per Month

This course is designed for students who have shown satisfactory performance in the Yellow Group and have received a coach’s recommendation. It aims to enhance young players’ court movement and develop their strategic understanding of the game by focusing on mastering the clear and net shot combination.

Curriculum:

  • Stokes: Clear and net shot mastery , develop precision in executing net lifts and drops while strengthening overall shot control.

  • Footwork: Improve agility with effective back-and-forth movements using the split step, shuffle, and lunge. Learn how to return to the ready position swiftly, preparing for the next shot.

  • Physical exercise to build stamina, strengthen core and upper body muscles.

Minimum Class Per Week: 2 | Total: 8 Classes Per Month

This course is designed for players who have successfully  demonstrated satisfactory performance in yellow group, and received a coach’s recommendation. This course is the next step for young athletes looking to refine their techniques. improve their court movement, and develop a deeper understanding of game strategy.

Curriculum:

  • Strokes: Introduction to Tactical Strokes

  • Footwork: Enhance court coverage with different footwork patterns

  • Physical Training: Build strength, agility, and endurance through targeted exercises to enhance overall performance on the court.

Minimum Class Per Week: 4 | Total: 12 Classes Per Month

This course is designed for players who have successfully  demonstrated satisfactory performance in purple group, and received a coach’s recommendation. At this level, players will enhance their ability to execute powerful and accurate shots, Footwork will become more dynamic, focusing on agility, speed, and stamina. With a blend of technical drills, match simulations, and physical conditioning, participants will gain the confidence to compete at a higher level.

Curriculum:

  • Strokes: Improve consistency and accuracy in Tactical Strokes
  • Footwork:Master explosive movements  and directional changes.
  • Physical Training: Build strength, agility, and endurance through targeted exercises to enhance overall performance on the court.

Minimum Class Per Week: 4 | Total: 12 Classes Per Month

At this level, athletes will focus  on mastering more complex shot combinations, developing faster decision-making abilities, and improving their mental resilience. Through competitive match play and scenario-based drills, they will build confidence and sharpen their overall gameplay.

Curriculum:

  • Strokes: Master shot variations and improve consistency under pressure.Advanced shots and deceptive play

  • Tactical Play and Strategy: Strategic court positioning to  control rallies by applying tactics that capitalize on your opponent’s weaknesses.

  • Smart Shot Selection and Timing: Enhance your decision-making skills to select the most effective shot based on your opponent’s position and the current game scenario.

  • Match Simulation and High-Pressure Scenarios: Participate in realistic drills designed to replicate match conditions, enhancing focus and composure under pressure.

Minimum Class Per Week: 4 | Total: 12 Classes Per Month

This level is for athletes seeking to excel in competitive tournaments and elevate their game to the highest level.Training at this stage will involve intense, personalized coaching, with a focus on optimizing technique, developing superior physical conditioning, and building a winning mindset. Players will participate in challenging match simulations, strategic workshops, and high-performance fitness routines.

Curriculum:

Strokes: Master advanced deception techniques and tactical shot combinations.
Match Strategy:Adapt game plans on the fly during high-pressure situations.
Mental Resilience Training: Build the mental strength needed to manage stress, stay composed during high-pressure moments, and navigate momentum shifts in matches.
